Sales Manager (Italian market) | Telematics

Join Our High-Performing Sales Team!

We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Manager to join our Italian market team and strengthen our growing sales organization.

In this role, you will work with world-leading telematics solutions, build strong relationships with business clients in Italy, and develop your B2B sales skills in an international environment.

Teltonika's telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and many other industries. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika continues to set new standards in the telematics industry.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working with new clients, building long-term partnerships, and developing business in the Italian market.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct market research, identify market potential, and find new business opportunities in Italy;
• Actively search for new B2B clients through cold calls, emails, meetings, and other sales channels;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
• Present Teltonika products and solutions to potential clients;
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements;
• Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Italian market;
• Attend exhibitions, business meetings, and client visits in Italy;
• Collaborate with technical support teams and product specialists to meet customer needs;
• Use CRM systems to manage client information and sales activities.

We expect you to:

• Have experience in B2B sales, business development, customer service, or a similar field;
• Be confident in communicating with new clients and developing business relationships;
• Have strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
• Be proactive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results;
• Be comfortable with cold calling and active client acquisition;
• Have excellent English language skills;
• Have Italian language skills, which would be considered a strong advantage;
• Be willing to travel regularly to Italy for business meetings and exhibitions.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position is 13 EUR/h up to 18 EUR/h pre-tax (~2150 - 3000 EUR) pre-tax + attractive bonus package (including monthly bonuses) based on your results and sales growth.

*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
