Meet the team:

As the Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for the quality check of orders and customer invoicing for the Italian market. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that patients receive accurate Dexcom products and invoices, thereby supporting our overall operational objectives.

Where you come in:

• You will perform quality assurance checks on order processing to ensure accurate and timely release of orders;
• You will administer invoice generation and invoice delivery tasks for customers across the assigned portfolio of countries;
• You will review new customer account setups to ensure we have accurate billing data including controlling and correcting master data files;
• You will collaborate with other teams to investigate invoice queries and resolve any billing discrepancies or errors;
• You will analyze various billing reports on a regular basis.

• You bring effective and professional communication skills with internal colleagues and external customers;
• You have proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian;
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• You are self-disciplined, with experience in maintaining accurate documentation and following procedures;
• You have strong attention to detail with a conscientious and organized approach;
• You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• You are able to adapt in a fast-paced environment as the company continues to grow;
• You are eager to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,997.50 to €2,467.50 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
