(Italian) Sales Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to hire a sales-driven and results-oriented Sales Account Manager (Italian speaker) to join the FX world and focus on converting high-quality leads into active trading accounts. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, guiding them through the account opening process, explaining our products and services, and ensuring a seamless transition from lead to active client.

• Build, retain and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Contact new leads promptly to maximise conversion potential.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promoting the products of the company.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Adhere all Company's policies and procedures and client communication guidelines.
• Meet monthly individual and team goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Forex industry.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• 6 months - 3 years B2C sales experience, within the Forex / Gaming/ FinTech industry is a must.
• Native/Business fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken) is a must.
• Sales-driven and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Organised and adaptable.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5 is an advantage.
