Functional overview ABS encompass a broad range of financial activities designed to support businesses in their day-to-day financial operations, long-term planning, and compliance with regulations. The key outputs of ABS are to provide accounting services including the summarizing and reporting of financial transactions of a business, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Join Our Team as a Finance Project Manager with Italian languagePurpose of the role:The Finance Project Manager will be delivering finance business projects, such as finance systems applications, process harmonization's, new finance functionality that the market may request due to TLS requirements. This role involves managing SMEs within ABS or local markets, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring projects meet specified time, cost, quality, scope, and risk parameters.
The Finance Project Manager will work with #D Project Managers and be the business owner for finance leading finance projects, such as Finance Systems implementations, ERP, Tax or Regulatory.
Responsibilities: - Ensuring timely, within-budget completion by effective resource management.
- Strategically planning tasks, allocating resources, and organizing activities for project success.
- Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues with balanced decision-making.
- Managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
- Managing the project's business case, ensuring benefits delivery aligns with objectives.
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality project execution in line with organizational standards and methodologies.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Project Management formal methodology such as PRINCE is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in delivering finance systems projects, such as Finance Transformations, Process Implementation, TLS Projects etc.
- Fluent in Englishand Italian is a must.
- Good knowledge of MS Project and Office Suite, Finance Systems such as ERP's, Planning, etc.
- Formal training certification is desirable which can have been acquired through a professional association (e.g., PMP. APM, Prince2)
- Strong leadership & diplomatic skills including the ability to work across and down multiple business and technology functions.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Experience in working on business change and finance transformation/systems projects.
