Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.

As Typology continues its international expansion, Italy represents a key strategic market. Our ambition is to build a strong, credible and desirable local presence, making the brand and the quality of our products known to a wide Italian audience while staying true to our DNA.
To support this launch, we are looking for a Communication Manager for the Italian market, who will lead the local brand presence, shape our voice in Italy and build a strong ecosystem of Italian influencers, opinion leaders and media partners.
This role is a foundational position with strong growth potential.
Missions1/ Local brand deployment & website localizationLead the translation and cultural adaptation of the Typology website for the Italian market, ensuring accuracy, tone of voice and local relevance. Act as a local brand guardian, ensuring all touch points feel premium, coherent and authentically Italian. Guarantee consistency between Brand DNA and local market expectations, including content hierarchy, payment solutions, and merchandising & CRM animations.
2/ Design and run Key opinion leaders & creators strategyDefine and execute a local influencer strategy aligned with Typology's values, spanning celebrities, beauty experts, dermatology-oriented voices, bloggers and content creators. Build and nurture long-term relationships with Italian creators and opinion leaders. Roll out a smart, performance-driven gifting strategy to maximize organic coverage in the early stages. Progressively structure and scale paid collaborations, integrating UGC and branded content with a strong ROI mindset.
3/ Press visibilityIdentify and collaborate with the right PR partners to introduce Typology to key Italian journalists and media. Secure continuous and qualitative press coverage around brand storytelling and product launches throughout the year. Contribute to positioning Typology as a credible, expert-led skincare brand in the Italian market.
4/ Performance analysis & market scaleMonitor brand awareness and traction in Italy through social media signals, creator performance, customer orders and NPS feedback. Analyze results from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective to assess impact and identify growth levers. Structure insights and recommendations to prepare the next phase of market acceleration.

Profile & skills - Native-level Italian speaker, with flawless written Italian; fluent professional English.
- Strong understanding of influence analytics, KPIs and budget tracking. Deep knowledge of Italian social media platforms, formats and creator ecosystems.
- Well-connected within the Italian PR and influencer community, ideally in Beauty / Fashion / Lifestyle.
- Experience working for an Italian e-commerce or consumer brand (beauty, fashion or lifestyle preferred) is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented, able to manage small but meaningful details while overseeing larger strategic campaigns.
- Curious, proactive and eager to grow into a broader role
