Reporting to the Head of Account Management Europe, you will manage a client portfolio on the Italian market.
Your responsibilities will include: Participating in client onboarding - Project management and coordination with other internal departments (Implementation, Legal, Compliance, and Finance)
- Organizing and leading client meetings
- Assisting with contract signing
- Assisting with the creation of the agent or distributor file
- Assisting during the implementation phase
- Participating in the follow-up of clients in production
Project management and coordination of the Client relationship: - Organizing and leading monthly/quarterly client meetings
- Keeping track of and sharing the client's news (both externally and within Treezor)
- Monitoring tickets and requests to provide solutions
- Working as a team and coordinating communication with the client
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- Upselling services offered by Treezor
Management of additional tasks: - Actively contributing to client satisfaction
- Monitoring the client billing process and ensuring there are no payment delays
- Keeping up with industry news and client updates
- Monitoring KPIs and SLAs
Requirements : - 5+ years of experience in an Account Manager role
- Strong knowledge of payment, fintech or banking sector is mandatory
- Native Italian speaker, and fluency in English and/or French
- Strong organization skills
- Attention to detail, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills
