Inviting applications for the role of Transactional Procurement - Senior Process Associate - Italian -Remote Romania

In this role, you will support the indirect buying process of a worldwide FMCG customer, by identifying and sourcing tactical buying projects.

Responsibilities

• Performing compliance checks on purchase requisitions & analyzing completeness of RFQ packages

• PO expediting

• PO amendments and cancellations

• Support day-to day purchasing of one-time items

• Conduct Open order management

• Purchase order preparation, issuance and transmission

• Requesting and processing PO acknowledgement from vendors

• Escalate PO non-acknowledged from Vendor

• Fallow up on open Pos for one time delivery

• Execute pull-in/Push out for delivery dates for Pos based on plant/business request

• Preform Vendor due diligence for Vendor Onboarding and set up

• Create and update Vendor Master data

• Answering supplier's and customer's queries, as well as being responsible of the purchasing help desk

• Answering requests related to PO, GR and invoice matching

• Be focal point and facilitate resolution of customer complaints

• To ensure that the purchased services are delivered as per the contractual agreement (SLA, KPI, etc)

• Work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Advanced Italian language skills

• English language capability to proficiency level

• Bachelor's degree

• Proficiency in MS office tools

• Prior experience in procurement/ supply chain

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Need to be strong team player.

• Ability to work in dynamic environment.

• Experience in direct and indirect procurement will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Previous experience in a multinational company

• Chemical industry background preferred

• Work experience with and ERP system like SAP or Epicor is a plus.

• Ideal industry experience includes heavy manufacturing, industrial engineering.

• Ability to work with minimum supervision in the cross-cultural environment.
