Position Description
- Monitor calls for tenders published on national platforms and customers' portals and communicate opportunities to the sales team.
- Coordinate and follow up on tender activities with sales and other departments
- Analyze the terms and conditions of each tender to ensure compliance with internal company policies.
- Ensure submission of offers on time and in line with public tender regulations.
- Notify sales representatives of contract outcomes (won or lost) and track deadlines for contract renewals.
- Manage the lifecycle of tender-related documents such as contracts, agreements, and amendments.
- Organize the distribution, classification, and archiving of these documents.
- Maintain and update tender database in Salesforce.
- Handle complaints and resolve day-to-day administrative issues related to contracts and tenders.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in Italian, with working knowledge of English or Polish.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally with 1-2 years in project management for tenders or contracts.
- Experience in the medical or biotech industry is advantageous.
- A legal background is considered a plus.
- Knowledge in Office tools (especially Excel) and CRM (Salesforce experience is preferred) is an asset.
