About the opportunityJoin our team as a Tender and Contract Intern and support smooth administrative and customer-related workflows within our tender and contract processes. In this role, you will use your Italian language skills to support written communication and help ensure accurate documentation while gaining hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams. This internship offers the opportunity to develop professional skills in an international environment and build a strong foundation in administrative and contract-related work.
Your tasks include- Filling in and updating administrative documents related to tenders and contracts.
- Corresponding with customers in Italy via written channels.
- Supporting colleagues in daily team activities when needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient processes and information flow.
Your profile- Fluent in Italian, especially in written communication; good English skills are an advantage.
- Willing to work on a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for six months, with the possibility of extension up to one year.
- Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Able to maintain and update documentation accurately.
- Well-organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support daily operational activities.
- Comfortable collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Adobe Pro) and familiar with basic office applications.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when required.
