The Opportunity

A leading London-based investment management firm is seeking afluent Italian-speaking Team Assistantto join the business on a maternity cover basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, mature and proactive individual to join a professional investment environment and provide support to a busy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support.
• Coordinate meetings, diaries, calls and travel.
• Assist with documents, presentations, expenses and general administration.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the wider team with ad hoc requests and projects.
• Work collaboratively with the wider EA and support team.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in Italian and English - essential.
• Precise, highly organised and attentive to detail.
• Punctual, reliable and maturein their approach.
• Proactive, professional and able to manage competing priorities.
• A team player with a positive,"let's get it done"attitude.
• Keen to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities.
• Confident communicating with people at all levels.
• Previous experience withinfinancial services or a professional environmentis advantageous.
