We are currently seeking a new bilingual colleague to join our team as a 1st Line Support Analyst for a summer interim position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone fluent in both Italian and English to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment and a technical support role.
This is an on-site role in Bucharest and the working hours are from Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm.
What will you do?

What will you do?
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate when necessary
- Assist with system configurations and installations
- Identify and apply the correct priority, SLA and category whilst capturing a full detailed description of the issue.
- A passion for customer service with great interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and applications. If you don't have it, we will teach you
- Proficient Italian and English language skills
