The Role:We have an outstanding opportunity for a Subscription Conversion Representative to join our Maintenance Conversions team! Successful candidates will show strategic planning and proactive thinking abilities and will have a strong sales professional background. This role will be focused on the transition of current Commvault customers to a subscription-based model. Commvault has a culture like no other, and we are excited to add another player to our team!
What you will do:- Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing customer base; identify expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain a constant and future revenue pipeline
- Leverage and expand existing relationships with partner community to engage active customers with dormant sales cycles
- Create strong business relationships with existing customers and partners, working closely with the Core Sales Organization and Renewals Team
- Recommend most suitable product offering to modernize existing customers' purchasing and licensing needs.
- Keep knowledge up to date in the Data Management market and meet training targets to maintain a thorough understanding of Commvault products, process and promotions to provide the highest level of sales support.
- Exceed quarterly and annual conversion sales targets; maximize revenue in specific customer segments
What you will need to be ready:- 3+ years related software selling experience and working with the channel
- An energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in increasing sales revenue with ability to drive high transaction volume
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must be results-driven, have strong analytical skills and sound negotiation skills
- Individual should be comfortable selling in a team environment with responsibilities for accurate forecasting
- Fluency in English and Italian language skills preferred both written and verbal to business level
Skills and experience that will set you apart:- Sales and Subscription Renewals experience gained within a software and or SaaS business
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Spanish language skills
