Meet your new team
The >2,600 Action stores are located in 12countries, all with the same good customer experience. This is only possible if the stores all work in the same way and can perform their daily work in the best possible conditions: making customers happy, caring for employees, but also working efficiently. Central Store Operations guarantees this standardisation and is therefore an important driver for Action's rapid growth. We provide guidelines and monitor the progress of all stores in Europe. We are the point of contact for the stores in the event of problems related to the daily work. And we make sure that these are solved as soon as possible. You will work in a highly international environment at Action. The language of our department is English, but our store helpdesk also speaks French, German, Polish and many more. And it's interesting that many of your colleagues also started off in an Action store. Here, you will work at the very heart of store operations! And as Action continues to grow, we are constantly offering you new challenges to make the work of our colleagues in the stores a little better every day.
