UST is expanding their IT Support Team team in Gdansk!
We are recruiting for a Spanish & Italian speaking IT Support Engineer, with experience providing technical assistance and support to our Spanish & Italian speaking clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Shift Patterns: Monday- Friday
3 shift patterns between 8am to 6pm CET
8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm
Languages required: Spanish, Italian and English
Location: Gdansk - 3 days onsite

Answer calls, web tickets, and emails from end-users seeking technical assistance < Communicate effectively with end-users to understand and resolve their support requests < Enter, track and close work tickets in the ticketing system < Provide support for MS Office and Windows troubleshooting, as well as hardware issues < Use your knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident and problem management, to manage and resolve technical issues. < Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction < Utilise excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with end-users and team members. <
What you will bring: < < Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience < Minimum of 4 years of IT support experience, with 2+ years in a relevant service desk role < Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English < Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with incident/problem management < Certification in A+ and N+ or equivalent, and ITIL foundation preferred < Ability to absorb, understand, and retain information quickly < Strong team player with leadership skills and experience in team/shift management <
