Are you a Spanish and/or Italian-speaking student? We are looking for a Student Assistant for an exciting and
challenging part-time (16 hours/week) position at Saga Egmont.

Position Overview
Saga Egmont is looking to hire a part-time Student Assistant to support our work across the
Spanish and Italian markets.
Primary Tasks:
• Support Editors with admin tasks such as managing our titles across IT systems etc. (50-75% of
workload)
• Research authorships to help scout new titles
• Optimize and quality-check metadata
• Order books and coordinate book scanning
• Assist Sales Coordinators in data analysis
• Assist Marketing Coordinators in campaigns and book launches by creating brochures,
blogposts, and other marketing material
The Ideal Candidate:
• Currently enrolled in a university program at a Danish university with at least one year
remaining
• Native speaker of Spanish and/or Italian
• Fluent in English
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and good at meeting deadlines
• Quick to adapt to complex IT systems
• Passionate about international literature and pop culture (films, TV series, podcasts, etc.).
• Willing to take on administrative tasks
