Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the planning process you are responsible for creating plans for long-term maintenance (preventive)/ short term fixes for installed medical products for Italian market. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer's needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Your role:- Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations
- Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineers
- Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements
- Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
- Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers
As a
Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist you are responsible for taking care of Service Work Orders on Italian market. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer's needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Your role:- Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders and assigning proper Field Service Engineers
- Communicating and confirming with the customer the FCO visits for equipments listed in User Affected List
- ordering parts for FCO visits (fco kits)
- Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations
- Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
- Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers
You're the right fit if:- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent Italian
- Fluent English
- Professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset
- Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
- The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required
- Good organizational skills and aptitude for details
