Your skills

• C1 in Italian and English
• Customer orientation
• Great communication skills and a team-player attitude - team work is dream work!
• Good knowledge of the ticketing tool
• Willingness to work in shifts between 7 am - 7 pm (8 h shifts) from the office in Wrocław
• IT support experience is a big plus!

Your tasks

• Remotely connect with end-users to provide L1 support via phone or email in a timely manner to provide a high level of service
• Escalate complex and unresolved issues
• Provide support on services in accordance to current standards and log accurately customer incidents and service request
• Maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies and methods of support, in order to provide accurate support
