Due to the strong growth we are currently experiencing, we are looking for a Senior Italian Payroll Specialist to join our HR & Payroll Services team, based in our office in Bucharest.
The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, attentive to detail, and confident. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about contributing and supporting Forvis Mazars' values and commitment.
What will you do:
• Prepare client payrolls and manage payroll records through accurate data collection and processing;
• Provide advice on labour law matters and ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements (National Collective Labour Agreements - CCNL, individual contracts, internal policies, etc.);
• Organise and manage employment-related documentation (hirings, contract changes, leaves of absence, etc.);
• Monitor and manage mandatory certification processes (Disability compliance, CU, Form 770, etc.);
• Liaise with public authorities and institutions (INPS, INAIL, pension funds, healthcare funds, etc.);
• Manage an international client portfolio, acting as a direct point of contact.
Candidate profile:
• Degree in Economics or a related field;
• 4-6 years of experience gained in leading audit firms or consulting companies, ideally with international clients, or within the HR Payroll & Administration department of a multinational company;
• Good knowledge of Italian labour law;
• Strong results-oriented mindset with a pronounced client-service attitude and team spirit;
• Advanced proficiency in Zucchetti Infinity payroll software or other Italian payroll software;
• Good command of the MS Office Suite;
• Willingness to travel for business purposes, if required;
• Native or Proficient Italian speaker with a good knowledge of spoken and written English;
• High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
