Senior Chef de Partie ( Italian Cuisine Experienced )

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to oversee a key kitchen section and support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. You will lead multiple Chefs de Partie and junior staff, maintain the highest standards of food quality, and help coordinate the kitchen during busy service. This role suits a strong, experienced cook ready to take on wider leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a key kitchen section and coordinate closely with other sections during service.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes that consistently meet the company's quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, and Commis staff.
• Oversee stock planning, ordering, and cost control across the section.
• Support the Sous Chef in menu development, tastings, and quality checks.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards set by the company and local health authorities.
• Step in for the Sous Chef when needed and help train new kitchen staff.

Requirements
• Culinary diploma or degree is preferred; specialized training in a relevant cuisine is a strong plus.
• At least 5 to 7 years of kitchen experience, including time as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Excellent leadership and cooking skills; able to manage a section and mentor a team under pressure.
