Key responsibilities for O2C AR Senior Analyst/ManagerThe primary role of the O2C AR Senior Analyst/ Manager is to proactively provide excellent, in-depth, risk savvy oversight & coordination of all aspects of the O2C AR Process. This involves comprehensive analysis of and influence over the O2C processes and related decision making.
- Be seen as a "go-to" information & guidance resource for O2C AR credit management, collections, disputes, reimbursement, cash application and CMD queries
- Be a natural "go-to" person for the AR team to learn from & accordingly provide support to the AR Senior Manager by assuming front line technical AR queries from the team & Affiliates
- Support global/regional O2C projects with influence on enhanced credit management
- Lead AR team members on processes enhancements implementation with a focus on Transformation to integrate agility ways of thinking, doing and being throughout the organization to improve its adaptability, efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Ensure excellence across the key deliverables from the AR team - Monthly TB calls and Aged Debt reviews & Quarterly Credit Committee data.
- Review key metrics & communicate to stakeholders to ensure KPIs are being met whilst identifying and implementing initiatives to improve
- Support the overall O2C AR team by demonstrating leadership adaptability and flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members

Systems - Experience with SAP O2C Module
- Experience in Business Warehouse or Business Objects, Macros, Power BI.
- MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Qualifications - 3 to 5 years' experience in O2C or Finance function with in-depth knowledge of credit management & customer service as well as process enhancement in a multinational environment
- Degree in Business and/or Accounting (or equivalent work experience)
- Fluency in English. Italian and Spanish are desirable or any additional European language preferable

People- Actively work with the core team members, internal customers/business partners, and LSP team members to build effective working relationships
- Coaching and mentoring the O2C AR Analysts and Expert Specialists
Customer- Demonstrate excellence in all interactions with our GBS internal customers & business partners
- Focus on measuring & improving our internal customer's experience with the GBS
- Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Lilly's product lines within the market
Continuous Improvement- Demonstrate a strong Continuous Improvement oriented approach & help to build a strong Continuous Improvement culture
- Actively work with the core team members & Global O2C team to drive improvements for processes
