Sales Specialist (Italy)

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling warm inbound registrations and efficiently converting interested Italian businesses into long-term clients (80% inbound, 20% outbound)
• Rapidly processing warm incoming leads, identifying unique recruitment pain points, and presenting tailored Jooble value propositions over the phone
• Conducting discovery calls, product demos, and objection handling to close deals directly on phone interactions
• Nurturing warm leads through the sales pipeline to maximize call-to-close conversion rates
• Maintaining accurate records of all phone calls, sales activities, and forecasts in our CRM system
• Providing actionable insights from daily call conversations to the product team to adapt our local market strategy in Italy

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in IT / HR Tech, with a strong focus on handling warm leads and closing deals over the phone.
• Exceptional phone communication skills, active listening, and phone objection handling.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) to track call metrics and pipeline flow.
• Result-oriented, self-driven mindset with a focus on hitting call-to-close conversion targets.
• English proficiency: Intermediate (B1) or higher for internal international communication.
• Italian: Native or Fluent
