Essential duties and responsibilities * Assist the Wine Director and wine team in monitoring all wine and beverage related matters * Serve wine orders in a professional manner following the hotel standard procedures * Responsible for the recommendation and sales of wines and other beverages to guests * Carry out monthly stock control, inventory. Update continuously all stock forms * Assist in the floor operations of the outlet Requirements * Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel as sommelier, with at least 2 years in similar capacity * Good in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is advantage * Excellent food and beverage knowledge * High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills * Holder of WSET Certificate is preferred.
