Make an impact

• Ensures compliance with financial policies and procedures,
• handling day to day financial transactions (invoice processing), including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data,
• reconciling the accounts payable ledger and payment accounts,
• investigating and resolving basic discrepancies to facilitate timely invoice payments,
• reconciling vendor accounts and reviewing monthly vendor statements,
• generating reports as requested to track accounts payable status,
• create payment proposals,
• generate payment runs,
• basic understanding of expense accounts and cost centers,
• awareness of compliance issues related to accounts payable processes.

What you need to succeed

• Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records,
• data entry skills and attention to details,
• experience with spreadsheets and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.),
• proficiency in Microsoft Office,
• solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles,
• minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of relevant experience,
• fluency in spoken and written English, good command of Italian
• ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents.
