About this opportunity

Secure correct execution of customer business in SAP, in compliance with Ericsson's Process and Accounting Directives. Project financial management activity includes ensuring financial data integrity in SAP and support Fulfilment Assignment Execution Accountable with governance of Customer Business Execution.

What you will do
• Secure proper input for setting up of Fulfilment Assignments, create OEF (One Entry Form) and obtain correct approvals
• Verify and Register Customer POs in relevant tools
• Setup FAS in SAP according to approved OEF & Accounting Directives
• Issue Down Payment
• Maintain Revenue and Billing Milestones in SAP
• Maintain Budget & Planned Cost in SAP
• Perform customer invoicing (including cancellation invoices, debit & credit notes)
• Recognize revenue in SAP according to defined Proof of Delivery
• Monitor & review Fulfilment Assignment in SAP with Execution Accountable
• Highlight potential objects to be closed
• Close all Fulfilment Assignment Objects in SAP
• Comment & secure timely actions on Task Action Log
• Maintenance and update of SAP objects to fulfil project scope and business continuity requirements
• Team administrative responsibilities:
- time reporting according to deadlines set; knowledge sharing according to unit's directives; accurate operational handovers when necessary; allocated activities progress reporting according to the team directives; completion of training curricula as required by unit directive and/or accordingly to Ericsson policies and requirements; participation in team and other applicable appointed meetings.

You will bring
• Bachelor's degree in economics, project management, business administration
• Professional experience in finance, previous experience in AR, AP preferable
• Proficiency with English Language
• Italian knowledge is a plus
• Excel Knowledge
• SAP knowledge
• Analytical and financial skills
• MS Project, MySQL, Access, VBA knowledge is a plus
• Experience in any of the SAP modules (ONE, BW, ICAT and CPOR) is a plus
• Flexible and service-minded and business oriented
• Excellent in building relations and stakeholder management
• Multitask ability, involvement in many projects simultaneously
