We are looking for a HEP Pricing Executive to join our EMEA Pricing team, supporting Sales and Go-to-Market teams with pricing analysis, deal reviews, and approval activities across direct and indirect business.This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and financial skills who can help ensure pricing decisions are competitive, profitable, and aligned with Xerox governance.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Review and Pricing SupportYou will review pricing requests submitted by channel partners and direct sales teams, assess deal sensitivity through scenario modelling, and recommend appropriate pricing actions. This may include approving deals, rejecting requests with alternative pricing suggestions, or escalating complex cases to the onshore Pricing Specialist or GTM Pricing Lead.Responsibilities include:- Analyze financial business cases using pricing and financial models.
- Support Sales teams in correctly preparing and submitting pricing requests.
- Approve, reject, or escalate deals in line with Xerox governance and authorization guidelines.
- Apply Xerox pricing policies and ensure all support provided is aligned with Xerox financial objectives.
- Use local IT systems to obtain customer billing and volume data to support deal construction.
- Prepare and present business cases to senior country and regional management to secure internal approval.
- Collaborate with pricing colleagues across Europe for multi-country or cross-tower deals.
- Support local Finance Controllers, when required, with margin investigations and deal reviews.
- Manage conflicting priorities between partners, Sales, and Xerox profitability objectives.
- Ensure local geographic requirements are reflected in each deal review, including finance, logistics, indirect rebates, and Technical Services capabilities.
Advanced Pricing AnalyticsYou will also contribute to pricing analytics that help improve future pricing performance and support stronger commercial decision-making.Responsibilities include:- Support the continuous development of competitive "price-to-win" approaches that meet market needs while protecting Xerox profitability.
- Analyse pricing trends, profitability, and key deal characteristics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Understand the impact of deal factors such as mono/color volume split, product behavior, toner coverage sensitivity, and other profitability drivers.
- Help build benchmarks and insights that support future pricing processes and performance improvements.

- GTM Sales teams and Channel Business Managers

- Technical Services
- Business Management groups
- Other Rightshore pricing groups, including EMI and MDS
Skills and ExperienceTechnical Skills- Previous pricing experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; VBA or macro knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret financial data and support commercial decision-making.
Interpersonal Skills- Flexible and able to manage peak workloads, tight deadlines, and business pressure.

Education- Completed university degree in Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable field.
