Job DescriptionAs a
People Services Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-quality HR data across the entire employee lifecycle for the Italian organization.
You will work in a
Shared Services environment, combining
back-office HR administration with
front-office employee support, acting as a trusted contact point for Italian-speaking associates.
Your contribution to something big: - Managing and maintaining employee personal data from onboarding to termination
- Supporting organizational unit and position management activities
- Handling HR administrative tasks in line with internal policies and legal requirements
- Responding to employee queries via front-office HR channels with a customer-focused approach
- Supporting documentation, process improvements, and system testing initiatives
- Collaborating closely with HR stakeholders in an international environment.
QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
- Experience: Initial experience or strong interest in HR administration, HR shared services, or customer support is a plus.
- Know-how:
- Basic knowledge of HR processes or HR systems is an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Good digital literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Languages:
- Italian: native or fluent level (mandatory);
- English: strong communication skills (mandatory);
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
