Hello!

We are looking for a Partner Services Manager to join our Partner Account Management Italian team; It is an operational, strategic position that sits at the intersection of process engineering, product expertise, and partner enablement - and it requires someone who owns outcomes, not just tasks.

If you are looking for a role where you build the playbook, scale a market through partner proficiency, and are held to strict delivery and processual efficiency targets, read on.

About the team

Our Strategic Partnerships team opens doors to new markets by building meaningful partnerships that help us grow together. If you thrive on collaboration and love creating win-win relationships, we'd love to have you on board.

What you'll do

You will manage a portfolio of committed business partners: IT resellers, HR consultancies, accounting firms, and technology distributors. These partners sell, implement and support Factorial to their clients and grow each client's Factorial usage. Your job is to make those partners technically capable and fully independent on the platform so they build a services economy on top of our product.

This is a B2B2B model. You do not manage end customers directly. You manage the people who manage end customers. That means your success is measured by what your partners achieve, not by what you do yourself. It requires a different kind of influence, a high operational ceiling, and a significantly higher tolerance for ambiguity.

As a Partner Services Manager, you take full strategic ownership of the technical enablement and onboarding lifecycle for our partner ecosystem. While you are not client-facing, you own the entire process to ensure autonomy, quality, and retention.

1. Partner Enablement & Autonomy

  • Technical Onboarding: Design and deliver structured training and certification frameworks to get new Expert Partners up to speed.
  • Continuous Education: Build and execute advanced continuous training modules, masterclasses, and webinars to ensure existing partners achieve total technical autonomy.

2. Process Governance & Quality Tracking

  • Onboarding Methodology: Own, teach, and audit a structured, high-quality implementation process for all partner-managed clients.
  • Partner Services Strategy and Execution: Investigate, design and build systems that allow partners to offer and deliver services to Factorial customers. Our product is the foundation, services are how partners can truly deliver value themselves.
  • Data-Driven Monitoring: Meticulously track delivery metrics, implementation data, and velocity to guarantee a premium onboarding experience for end-clients.

3. Adoption & Churn Management

  • Product Adoption: Drive partners to fully activate their customers and achieve business outcomes from the products and processes they have available in their platform.
  • Pipeline Auditing: Proactively monitor active partner setups during the critical onboarding and activation windows to spot configuration risks early.
  • Zero-Churn, Zero-Downsell Goal: Implement structural fixes during implementation phases to ensure no client churns and downsells.

4. Strategic Infrastructure & Product Impact

  • Scalable Assets: Build the internal tools, templates, and playbooks needed to turn complex product workflows into repeatable training modules.
  • Ecosystem Voice: Act as the strategic bridge to internal squads, translating technical partner feedback into structured insights that directly shape Factorial's core product roadmap.

What are we looking for?

  • Ownership. Radical process ownership. You do not wait to be told what to do. You identify structural gaps in partner knowledge or onboarding workflows, design the training or process solution, and act on it. You own the entire enablement pipeline from start to finish.
  • Ecosystem Authority. You manage up, across, and externally by being the most prepared person in the room. You use deep platform understanding and clear process guardrails to coach partners, lead alignment conversations, and confidently enforce quality standards.
  • Depth over surface. You diagnose partner knowledge gaps and onboarding blockers at a root-cause level. You communicate platform mechanics with enough precision that partners can achieve absolute independence-you teach them how to fish rather than catching the fish for them.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical. You are highly comfortable working with operational data, completion timelines, and KPI systems. You use metrics to prioritize which partners need proactive intervention or advanced training.
  • Builder DNA. You are energized by ambiguity. You create and hold training assets, playbooks, webinars, and tracking systems from scratch. You do not wait for the playbook; you write it.

Required qualifications:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Italian and professional-level English.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS: implementation management, customer success, partner enablement, account management, or technical training delivery.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing structured project timelines and driving delivery or quality outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with operational metrics and data to prioritize actions and measure ecosystem health.

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in HR technology, payroll, or workforce management systems.
  • Experience working inside an indirect sales, channel, or partner enablement model.
  • Background in corporate training, or webinar delivery.
