Here's what you'll do:

• Assist our students via phone, email and chat with their questions, doubts and complaints
• Take care of the relationship with our students, guiding them before, during and after a life-changing experience
• Work closely with our franchise schools to manage issues and administration related to courses and students
• Organise your workflow to deal with tasks promptly while meeting quality standards and other targets
• Work closely with our Sales Team to assist in the management of bookings, payments and other queries
• Be the go-to person for questions related to our latest courses, experiences, schools and campaigns

Job requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience, B2B and B2C, in a similar working environment
• Working proficiency in English plus a minimum of C2 level in Italian (any additional European language is a plus!)
• Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented, collaborative mindset
• Experience of Windows operating systems and CRM systems, including Salesforce
• Strong organisational, administrative and initiative skills
• An understanding of EBS product or first-hand experience of an EBS course is a plus
