We are now looking for an Order Management Specialist, Italian Speaker to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do

• Provide high-quality and efficient order handling process to ensure smooth production, delivery & billing processes
• Enable accurate and timely booking, processing and confirmation of orders
• Support implementation of effective and efficient order management ways of working
• Check orders for plausibility and completeness and assuring appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies and service offering
• Carry out related processes such as Materials & Package Material master data
• Ensure troubleshooting in order processes
• Support internal projects and actively participate in the implementation of future ways of working
• Support continuous improvement of work processes
• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to accomplish efficient order management processes

Who you are

• You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing
• You have a good knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. SAP)
• You coordinate and communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders
• You are a team-oriented person and good networker
• You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset
• You have an interest to work in international teams and to collaborate with multiple teams
• You have proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian; other European languages will also be considered as beneficial

Additional information

The position holder will report to Manager, Order Management.

This position requires working in a hybrid mode, with mandatory presence at the office three days per week (non-negotiable), including one day with fixed working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
