Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Respond to customer and sales inquiries by ensuring timely and accurate entry of customer orders
• Acknowledge customer orders and proactively communicate shipment status, including any potential delays
• Review, process, and manage customer order change requests with attention to detail
• Coordinate with manufacturing facilities to expedite orders and support on-time delivery commitments
• Maintain close and effective communication with customers and sales organizations to ensure alignment and satisfaction
• Process and issue invoices in accordance with internal policies and customer requirements
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service quality

You apply an understanding of business drivers and market dynamics to guide day-to-day actions and priorities. For This Role, You Will Need:

• Proficiency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Strong digital literacy, including effective use of tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Understanding of how business strategies and operational processes support customer and commercial outcomes

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience in a customer service, sales support, or order management environment
• Exposure to working with cross-functional or international teams
