Job Description

Your role:

• Logistic claims process management - handling customer complaints, raising credits for valid queries
• Working closely with the cash & collection team, account managers, warehouse, and carriers to ensure a swift resolution of disputes
• Actively participating in Dispute Council meetings
• Performing manual corrections for all sales documents related to the inland/export shipments to the clients
• Return process management - execution of document flow between the customer and the accounting department
• Maintaining all databases and reports regularly and within the agreed timeline
• Together with team members, continually striving to implement process improvements
• Problem-solving and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 months of experience or vocational (MBO) degree with min. 2 years of relevant work experience
• Very good level of English (min C1) and good knowledge of Italian (at least B2)
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Cultural awareness and pro-active behavior
• Previous experience in Order Management would be a plus
• Knowledge of logistics / supply chain would be a plus
• Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial
