About the opportunity
Join QIAGEN as an Order Entry Specialist Intern and gain hands-on experience in order processing, customer interaction, and operational support within an international environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate order handling and delivering a high level of service to customers and business partners. This role offers exposure to systems such as SAP and Salesforce and is ideal for candidates looking to develop their first professional experience in customer operations and administration.
Your tasks include
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat using Salesforce
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, internal teams, and business partners
- Verify invoice accuracy and support discrepancy resolution in SAP and e-invoicing systems
- Support daily operational tasks related to order management and customer service
Your profile
- Communicate confidently in Italian (minimum B2/C1 level) and English (minimum B1 level)
- Show willingness to work under a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for approximately 12 months (minimum 30 hours per week)
- Demonstrate good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Adopt a customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
- Approach tasks proactively with a problem-solving attitude
- Have initial knowledge of SAP or another ERP system (nice to have)
- Show familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM tool (nice to have)
