O2C Junior Accountant with Italian

Your main tasks

• Support migration of O2C processes from European countries to Kraków
• Perform cash collection processing, including reminders, customer communication, and resolving payment discrepancies
• Assist with Credit Management activities, such as aging analysis, dunning, and credit risk review
• Research and resolve customer disputes and monitor accounts for non-payments or delays
• Manage blocked sales orders, deliveries, and recommend changes to credit limits
• Prepare bad debt reserve calculations per corporate policy
• Execute O2C reporting and monitor KPIs to ensure performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Your ideal background

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is an asset
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the industrial products or manufacturing industry
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and Italian (C1)
