Material Planning Associate with Italian in
Cluj-Napoca, Romania we're looking for?
Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your international transportation expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll report to
Cristina Chis (Cluster Team Lead, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside your future colleagues who are dedicated, hard-working fun teammates.
You'll be in charge of expressing your delivery needs to suppliers using the dedicated tools. You'll work closely with teams across the business (particularly the procurement and supply chain/project core teams - procurement teams on site and remote, financial team), while you'll contribute to the project Supply Chain objectives and targets by ensuring material planning and systems settings are in line with these objectives.
You'll specifically take care offollowing up deliveries and ensuring the availability of goods for Alstom projects
We'll look to you for:
- Manage Purchase Requisition until Material Planning documents creation
- Follow up with Procurement the Purchase Requisition level maturity for launching Material Planning documents
- Ensure and update the accuracy of material planning master data (in compliance with stock and logistic constraints)
- Create the Material Planning documents (Call-off, Schedule Agreement) & respective Source List and Quota Management
- Communicate the Material Planning documents to Suppliers and follow Suppliers confirmation
- Solve any litigation related to goods receipt or purchasing conditions including parked invoices
