The Production Associate will coordinate and deliver marketing materials and communications that support the marketing and business plans of Vanguard Europe, including direct to consumer and intermediated channels in the UK and Europe.
You will ensure the timely delivery and quality of print, electronic, web, and audio/visual communication materials.
Core Responsibilities- Managing the production of our European marketing materials to ensure that they are updated in a timely manner, meet quality and regulatory standards, align with brand guidelines, and meet business objectives, including brochures, sales aids, articles, social media assets etc.
- A key contact between marketing managers, product specialists, editorial, and sales teams to ensure our projects are in line with business priorities and everyone is kept up to date at all times.
- Managing the production of digital, print and multimedia assets across the European marketing team.
- Supporting the process to update and publish all quarterly reporting materials, where necessary.
- Work as a brand guardian for Europe ensuring that all materials meet our interpretation of the global brand guidelines.
- Ensure that communication materials create a seamless client experience that incorporates all touch points including mobile and desktop web sites, marketing collateral, sales support materials, and others.
- In partnership with channel managers, editorial and product marketing, ensure that marketing materials are deployed using accurate, consistent, compelling and benefit-oriented internal and external communications, and that sales materials are available on Seismic.
- Collaborate with web publishers and marketing managers to ensure marketing materials for all the European websites are consistent, up to date and in line with our brand guidelines.
- Managing content expiration dates.
- Lead and/or participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Fluent business-level Italian language is required. Additional French, German, or Spanish language skills are desirable but not required.
- Undergraduate degree or proven related work experience. Can include marketing production, project management, presentations, client reporting or client services.
- Demonstrated project management skills, particularly in an environment that crosses functional areas or departments.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment and marketing disclosures.
- Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
