Marketing intern - Italian speaker

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team for a 6-month fulltime internship. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines while contributing to the execution of high-impact projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing team, supporting day-to-day initiatives across branding, content, events, design coordination and market research. We are looking for someone who combines creativity with organisation, enjoys taking ownership of tasks and is keen to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Intern will provide support across a broad range of marketing activities, including:

Marketing & Content

• Support the creation and adaptation of marketing materials.
• Draft and review basic marketing copy for campaigns, presentations and internal communications.
• Assist in the creation of microcopy for digital assets and customer communications.
• Help prepare branded presentations and commercial documentation.

Creative Marketing Support

• Request and update marketing assets to the design team such as:
• Presentations
• Flyers
• Brochures
• Trifold leaflets
• Banners
• Branded documents
• Prepare creative briefs and visual proposals for the Design team.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Market research

• Research industry news, market trends and competitor activity.
• Identify relevant insights and opportunities that can support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor new marketing trends, campaigns and best practices.

Events and marketing operations

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events.
• Assist with logistics, supplier coordination and marketing materials preparation.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing projects when required.

Team support

• Collaborate with different internal teams to help deliver marketing initiatives.
• Assist the department with ad hoc projects and day-to-day marketing operations.

Required Skills

Essential

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Basic graphic design knowledge.
• Ability to write clear, concise marketing copy.
• Confidence in preparing presentations and branded documents.

Technical Skills

• Canva
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

Nice to Have

• Figma
• CRM platforms (such as Pipedrive)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms
• Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini or similar)

Languages

Required

• Fluent Italian
• Fluent Spanish
• Fluent English
