We are looking for a new colleague who will join our team as a
Logistics Coordinator! This position is responsible for the day to day operational logistics support to the Customer Service field organization. Within a specified geographic area this person is the central point of contact for customer engineers, 3rd party warehouse & transport provider, service account managers and global logistics organization.
Take a closer look at some of the
main duties: - Logistics call resolution; source & arrange shipment of spare parts required for service calls
- Inventory levels; managing stock level plans and fulfillment to obtain required service level results
- Inventory Integrity; managing stock audits, update stock quantities to ensure integrity, investigate inventory discrepancies, in transit management, distress (parts return failure) resolution
- Directly interfaces with the Territory Manager and his team of customer engineers and addition to the Field Service Coordinators to ensure a maximum level of logistics support.
What we expect from you:- Minimum high school diploma
- Fluency in speaking and writing of English and/or Italian language
- Strong communication skills, oral and written
- Advanced knowledge level of Windows OS
- Analytical and problem-solving attitude
