Job Mission
Identify, analyze, and qualify HIGH potential customers (leads) to determine if they represent valuable opportunities for the company. This role is crucial for optimizing the efforts of the sales force, ensuring that sales representatives focus on leads with the highest conversion potential.
Reports to : Lead Qualification Team Leader
Responsabilities:
- Establish initial contact with leads to better understand their needs, clarify any doubts, and build trust, printing budget.
- Use tools, databases, and direct interactions to collect information about leads, such as needs, budget, industry, and decision-making level.
- Classify leads based on parameters such as company size, or compatibility with the products/services offered and potential volumes.
Requirements :
ESSENTIALS:
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
- Good Knowledge of a third language (French preferred)
- Data Driven, Experience in monitoring customer metrics.
- Good organizational skills to complete tasks within the predefined timing.
- The resource must have convey empathy and professionalism, to get to the customer's trust in the time of a phone call to get all the information we will deem essential and have excellent interpersonal skills
- No smartworking
- PREFERRED:Experience in same position
