After successful market entries in DACH and BeNeLux, Glow25 is now ready to make its mark in Italy. We're looking for a Key Account Manager Italy who builds our business in the Italian market from the ground up - managing existing partners, securing new listings and actively developing ranges and promotions.

You'll work closely with our marketing, operations and e-commerce teams and be the face of Glow25 in Italy: strategic, hands-on and genuinely passionate about brand building.

This is where we need your support:

• Market Entry & Expansion - You build our business in Italy, with a focus on drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and selected grocery partners.
• Account Management - You manage existing customers and win new partners through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.
• Promotions & Trade Marketing - You plan and coordinate promotions, point-of-sale materials and sampling campaigns together with the marketing team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration - You work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce.
• Market & Competitive Analysis - You keep an eye on trends, spot opportunities and develop new distribution ideas for the Italian market.
• Representation - You represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events across Italy.

You have the following experience:

• Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty or health
• A strong understanding of the Italian retail landscape - drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and grocery
• Fluent Italian and English
• Spanish is a nice to have (bonus if you can also work in/with Spanish-speaking partners or markets)
• A structured, proactive way of working with a real hands-on attitude
• Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and a CRM system as well as AI
• Experience with pharmacy / parapharmacy channels - especially knowledge of the specific mechanics, decision processes and trade marketing setup in that environment is a bonus
