As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the recruitment process for a range of roles, including customer care, training, and quality positions, as well as recruiting ourTelemarketing Agentsfor the Italian market. You'll collaborate closely with a dynamic and supportive Talent Acquisition team committed to attracting top talent and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Your responsibilities :

Manage job postings on various platforms and job boardsto ensure maximum visibility and attract top talent;

Identify and propose innovative and relevant recruitment channels to source qualified candidates;

Perform pre-screening calls to evaluate basic skills, motivation, and alignment with the role;

Act as a true business partner with Hiring Managers, supporting them throughout the entire process, from defining precise needs to final deliberations.

Your profile :

You speak Spanish, Englishand Italian(French is a plus).

You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment.

You are autonomous, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

You are curious, proactive, and eager to fully integrate into the TA team.
