We are launching our first Shared Service Center in Poland, which will support 30,000 couriers worldwide. To bring our major project to life, we are looking for individuals to join our brand new Global Courier Operations Team. In this role, you will focus on responding to courier inquiries and resolving issues reported by couriers.

What exactly will your responsibilities include?

• Being the first point of contact (Tier 1) for the courier fleet;
• Processing courier inquiries through the ticket system and daily operational tasks related to the courier lifecycle;
• Performing administrative tasks such as absence management, handling employee data and more;
• Listening to courier feedback and support, sharing insights with supervisor and proactively looking for ways to improve processes.

Can you deliver...

• Knowledge of Italian to communicate in writing and speaking with couriers ; Spanish would be an added advantage!
• Experience in a customer service and support role will be a plus
• Familiarity with tools such as G Suite and Slack will be a plus
• Helpful, service-oriented, friendly and supportive attitude towards working with colleagues and partners.
