You will join our Learning Factory, a fast-growing, multidisciplinary team specializing in the design and development of digital and blended learning experiences. We work with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, impactful, and innovative learning content using advanced technologies, authoring tools, and AI-powered solutions.

In this role, you will help transform training content into engaging and accessible learning experiences, collaborating closely with Instructional Designers, Visual Designers, developers, and Subject Matter Experts.

Your Role

As a Junior Learning Experience Designer , you will support the creation and development of digital and blended learning content. You will help convert raw materials into storyboards, presentations, and interactive modules optimized for LMS platforms, using digital tools and AI to accelerate and enhance production.

Key Activities

• Design and develop comprehensive formative learning content from scratch, including learning agendas, syllabi, course structures, and detailed content outlines aligned with business and learning objectives
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Visual Designers, and SMEs to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery
• Develop SCORM-compliant modules using authoring tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline) and create engaging visual content with design tools (Canva, Powtoon, Vyond, PowerPoint)
• Use AI tools (e.g., Synthesia, Gamma, GenAI) to speed up production
• Design and develop formative learning content, translating learning objectives into effective storyboards, scripts, and interactive assets
• Support QA, testing, and publishing on LMS platforms
• Work as part of a team to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Education , Psychology, Communication, Engineering, or related fields
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles
• Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate, Rise, Canva, LMS platforms)
• Strong interest in educational technologies and AI
• Team player with an agile and collaborative mindset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of Italian language

Nice to Have :

• Experience with SCORM tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise), HTML or multimedia formats
• Curiosity about innovation and emerging trends in digital learning
