Plenitude On The Road (POTR) is seeking a Junior Project Manager (EV Charging Infrastructure) in Switzerland. In this central and varied role, you will serve as the technical interface for our projects across Switzerland.

Main responsibilities:

• Verify and validate projects, site plans and technical drawings provided by contractors
• Define and communicate clear instructions for validation, correction and optimisation
• Manage and coordinate construction sites, ensuring quality, safety and timelines are met
• Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, partners and site owners
• Maintain continuous and accurate updates of internal project management tools and reporting
• Drive the improvement of existing processes and contribute to the development of new ones to increase service efficiency and reliability

Skills and experience required:

• Higher technical education (HES/ETH/university/technical institute), preferably in electrical engineering
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable technical project management role
• Sound knowledge of Swiss regulations related to e-mobility and electrical systems (low and medium voltage)
• Strong ability to read, analyse and interpret technical plans and documentation
• Excellent command of German; fluent in French and English; Italian is an advantage
• High geographical flexibility and willingness to travel to construction sites throughout Switzerland
• Occasional travel to Milan (headquarters) and to partners in Europe (DE/FR/AT)
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers and partners
• Excellent self-management skills with strong organisational and documentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in parallel
• Familiarity with IT, telecommunications, infrastructure monitoring, or e-mobility technologies is an advantage.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills, with proficient use of Microsoft Office.
