The area supports People Leaders and business representatives in the design and implementation of custom-made and innovative solutions focused on quality, competence, and national and international experience.

The Culture & Leadership area supports companies in the development and implementation of Human Capital strategies that facilitate the achievement of objectives through the growth and enhancement of human resources. C&L experts help HR and all business functions to define needs, identify critical issues and build customised and innovative solutions focused on quality, expertise and international experience.

The three macro-objectives of the Culture & Leadership (C&L) area are to:

• Assist organisations in shaping and evolving their culture to align it with strategic business objectives

• Offer a flexible methodology to co-create the strategic model and initiatives for leadership development

• Offer a wide range of solutions for measuring leadership, through individual and group assessments, and development strategies

#Your Role

As a junior consultant within the Culture and Leadership team, you will assist in monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and facilitating communication among international stakeholders.

Leveraging your strategic thinking and PMO skills, you will contribute to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with organizational goals. Fluency in English is essential as you will collaborate with diverse teams across multiple regions.

Key Activities

• Collecting and analysing data to support the development of solutions for customers (knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required - Level: basic/intermediate)

• Communicating ideas and proposals in a clear and structured manner (knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint required - Level: intermediate/advanced)

• Being constantly focused on results, individual responsibility and quality of work, adopting a flexible, open, proactive and curious approach

• Having a strong focus on teamwork, collaboration and support for colleagues, always maintaining a positive approach to situations

Being able to design interventions aimed at professional and managerial development (e.g. design of leadership development programmes, deliverance of coaching, mentoring, assessment, behavioural shift programmes, design of Manifestos of values and organisational culture, etc.)

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Master's degree (already obtained or in the process of being obtained) in Economics, Humanities, Psychology, or Management Engineering. A second-level Master's degree in Human Resources at the end of the educational path is considered a plus

• Strong interest in issues related to Human Resource Transformation

• Excellent knowledge of English (B2/C1) - fluent in both written and spoken English. Italian is a plus (B1/B2/C1).

• Willingness to travel, both in Greece and abroad

• Experience in identifying and managing the impact of GenAI on issues related to the development of leadership, skills, and organizational issues

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of the Italian Language will be considered as a plus.
