Your role as a Junior Business Support Consultant will focus on the accountable and proactive execution of assigned projects, aligning priorities and objectives to firm's needs, exhibiting full ownership regarding quality of own work and showing your personal commitment to our purpose "make an impact that matters".

More specifically, you will collect and analyze relevant data and use standard processes and tools to convert raw data into meaningful insights and presentations.

Furthermore, you will be developing and delivering on time internal reports, complying with quality standards, risk rules and confidentiality guidelines as well as assist with the monthly invoicing of the department.

We expect that you also have strong presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

The ideal candidate should have the following requirements:

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relevant field

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian

• Excellent Power Point and Presentation skills (please note that you might be asked to present a small portfolio of previous presentations during the interviews stage)

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and rest of MS Office Suite, with demonstrated previous work experience

• Analytical thinking

• Ability to follow deadlines and multitask

• Team player with a positive, flexible attitude and hands-on approach

Bonus Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role would be considered a plus
