Responsibilities: - Providing technical assistance via phone, email, or live chat.
- Reporting request and procedures within CRM program.
- Testing for proper connectivity function.
- Offering first Level assistance and problem solving.
- Tracking systems issues to resolution within agreed timeframes.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the problem.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Requirements - Native or near to native Italian language (C2).
- Very good command of English language (B2 - C1).
- Computer skills.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
