Embark on a new adventure where you will be able to work in Greece because our client, a multinational BPO company, is looking for a willing Technical Support buddy to join the team and provide his technological knowledge.

Are you ready to :
• Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication ?
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools ?
• Identify and access customers' needs to achieve satisfaction ?

Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical assistance via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Reporting request and procedures within CRM program.
  • Testing for proper connectivity function.
  • Offering first Level assistance and problem solving.
  • Tracking systems issues to resolution within agreed timeframes.
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the problem.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.

Requirements
  • Native or near to native Italian language (C2).
  • Very good command of English language (B2 - C1).
  • Computer skills.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
