As an Italian Support Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience.
Responsibilities- Provide top-quality customer support to Italian-speaking players via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with account management, game rules, transactions, and technical issues
- Handle complaints and disputes with professionalism and accuracy
- Document all customer interactions promptly and accurately in internal systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements
- Engage in ongoing training to improve skills and product knowledge
Requirements- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the iGaming or online entertainment industries
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with full relocation support
- Passion for gaming and technology is a plus
