Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete travel booking process, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial inquiry to post-travel support.
• Leverage travel technology to efficiently handle reservations and travel arrangements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination insights to provide accurate information.
• Quickly address client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise.
• Prepare and deliver detailed itineraries and necessary travel documentation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both verbal and written.
• At least 2 years of experience in travel consulting or customer service roles.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational capabilities.
