Responsibilities - Provide exemplary support to Italian-speaking clients in need of travel assistance, showcasing outstanding customer service.
- Manage travel bookings, including coordinating flights, accommodations, and activities, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues via various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, trends, and offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Accurately document client interactions and maintain records within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Contribute to the development of travel guides and resources designed for our Italian-speaking clientele.
Requirements - Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Prior experience in travel services or customer support is highly desirable.
