Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in Italian via phone, email, and chat for customers using various electronic products
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our tracking system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Educate customers on product features and proper usage
- Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends
- Participate in ongoing training to refine technical and customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service, preferably within the electronics industry
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A customer-oriented approach with a strong focus on problem resolution
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technical documentation
